Diana, how did you learn about Kaminari Click, and what made you decide to join our team?
Honestly, I heard about Kaminari Click through industry buzz and mutual connections. What drew me in was the company’s strong focus on traffic quality and ad fraud protection—it's rare to see such a bold commitment to making the digital ecosystem safer and more efficient. Plus, the team here is just incredible!
What does it mean to you to work in a company that focuses on traffic quality and fraud protection? What inspires you the most about Kaminari Click's approach and philosophy?
It’s like being on the frontlines of innovation! I love that we’re tackling real challenges in the industry while staying laser-focused on quality and transparency. Kaminari Click’s tech-driven approach inspires me daily—we don’t just talk about solving problems; we actually do it.
Can you tell us about your professional journey in the affiliate industry: where did you start, and what key milestones would you highlight?
I started my journey in affiliate marketing at Epom as a Sales Manager, diving into pop and push traffic across a variety of verticals—gambling, utilities, dating, you name it. From there, I moved to PropellerAds as an Account Manager, where I gained a deep understanding of the affiliate ecosystem and market dynamics across multiple niches. Most recently, at Adstart Media, I focused on performance-based offers, working closely with clients to drive tangible results. Each step in my career has given me unique insights and hands-on experience, building a solid foundation to truly understand and cater to the needs of Kaminari Click’s clients.
What skills and knowledge have you gained while working with affiliate networks and partners?
The list is long! I’ve developed a strong understanding of ad tech platforms, pricing models, and campaign optimization strategies. But beyond the technical stuff, working with partners has sharpened my relationship management skills. I’ve learned how to balance being analytical and people-focused—understanding a partner’s goals while staying proactive and solution-oriented is key in this industry.
Could you share an example of a successful case that you are particularly proud of?
Sure! One of my favorite projects was helping a client scale their utility app. Using strategic optimizations, we were able to boost their daily conversions by 10x, and it turned into one of their most successful campaigns. What made it even more rewarding was the close collaboration—it felt like a true partnership, and the client’s excitement when the results started rolling in was unforgettable.
What goals are you setting for yourself in your role as a BDM Manager in our company?
I want to drive growth by building strong partnerships, breaking into new markets, and creating innovative solutions to help us stay ahead in ad tech. Collaboration is key, and I’m here to help our clients and partners succeed.
You will be attending AWE Dubai — what are your expectations for the conference?

What topics or trends in the industry are you planning to discuss with partners and colleagues at the conference?
I’ll be diving into ad fraud detection, traffic quality optimization, and data privacy trends. Plus, I’m always up for geeking out over creative ways to boost ROI and conversions.
